Clear, easy understanding video

The training brings out the important message of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) which is important to make the company improved with different opinions.

Good easy to understand.

I enjoyed learning about this subject. I have to admit I learned quite a lot of things I had never considered before. The content was well presented and easy to understand.

1 question brings it all down

I can't give this course a higher rating than 2 stars due to the ridiculous question in the actual test around anti-racism and ways in which you could do it – the supposed correct answer was to 'tell all your friends that you are anti-racist' – which to me, is racist in itself! Why would you "passively" need to say that you were not racist?! Unless, in fact you were racist. Instead a person should educate themselves further on other cultures, religions etc. so as to not passively be racist and thus a true "anti-racist"… Or just a decent human being…. Either way, I strongly disagree with the racist overtones implicit within the question and your perceived correct answer!
