Easy to assimilate.
The presenters were relaxed, welcoming and clear, the graphics were useful and the summary sections were helpful. This year the questions related directly to the information which had been presented. The new sections relating to very recent issues were instructive. Video clips from the workplace showed emotions well, while the peg figures removed bias cleverly. It seemed a definite improvement on last year's training video.

Very good course
A good way of improving awareness and expanding knowledge on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and how to take this information into our dealings with other people both in and out of the workplace.

Found it rather as though it was looking to find groups rather than just say Kindness & Inclusion for all and show Tolerance of all.
