Really accessible and clear explanations
I was putting this training off as I thought it would be very dry but I felt quite inspired by it. Well explained and really accessible explanations to some pretty complex and fundamentally important ideas. I fully intend to use this training to check in with myself and my attitudes to others.

Eye opening
Good & Clear but was a bit monotonic
I think starting & going into detail about the protected characteristics first would of set the stage more adequately before presenting Equity & Equality, as the course pivots arounds the law & extensions to it. Plus the determination is implied for the types of characteristics. Another case for cognitive bias, despite the intro of lawful & unlawful.

Comprehensive. Quiz at end more challenging than some – but a question about the increase in productivity which merited maybe 2 seconds of training was a little harsh

Covers everything necessary with good graphics to illustrate and keep the subject matter interesting.
Easy to be understood presentation
However, the wordings of the questions in the test can be more direct.
