I need to know what the law and company policy requires of me. Where it did that the course was fine. At times however, the course goes beyond that and when it does, it feels more like social engineering / re-programming. Whilst clearly well-meaning, I found the course extremely patronising in parts and rather dogmatic in its idea of 'the correct answer'.

An excellent short course that holds your attn and details some of the phrases used then explains them

This seemed and felt long, even with breaks. I also had some technical issues with sound. But it was inspiring, reflective and very positive in the way we should all feel about one another workplace or no workplace.

I found this course interesting and raised a lot of thought and discussion around how inclusive are we as a company and society as a whole
