No old, fat or ugly people in the video
A simplistic course perhaps with mixed messaging for an EDI Training session as the actors and narrators were all rather visually attractive/appealing.
Patronising
The course even tells you when to take a break, having no knowledge at all about the individual or their individual circumstances when they are taking the course.
Excellent session on EDI
A really good overview of the legalities of EDI but also about how to reframe and think about your own perceptions and how to challenge them.
An interesting course to make me think
The subject while very emotive and required is still to open to people interpretation. You may not get the correct type of discrimination however you do know something is wrong. The boundaries of each over lap one to another and as long as each one is dealt with correctly the focus should not be if a person knows the type just that it is wrong.
Nonsense.
Complete hypercritical woke nonsense. Why is the racist sexist misogynist character in some of the scenarios depicted as a white middle aged man? Surely it would be better to depict him as a Muslim or black rap musician.
Excellent course
I have done several EDI courses in the past and this was definitely the best I have done. It was very clear, thorough and easy to understand.
A great course
This really made me stop and think about some things that you just don't consider day to day that many people would have issues with I found the 'ACT' section very thought provoking as it's quite personal to me and I love the 'Train' part and just taking 60 seconds to stop and think how you would feel or in my case have felt before you do or say something to others.
