Very good well explained course.
The videos are short and straight to the point and flow well from one topic to another. The questions are well thought out and all the relevant main key points are covered in the videos. A quick and convenient way to learn.

too long
Most of the course was taken up with desk duties which most people in retail dont do. Specific courses, tailored around specific roles, would be shorter, more relevant and more engaging.

Because I struggle with reading you cout get someone to read it out for you but everything else was good
Training was clear and the questions relevant to check training knowledge

Too long – no pdf
This course really needs updating. It is exactly the same as the one I did three years ago. Also, much of the information is not relevant to my job role. Finally, not everyone learns well from videos: please can a pdf version of future training be provided.
