Very clear, informative videos with summary. Training could be taken at any time and was flexible (could leave and come back to it at a later date) Summary at the end of each video was helpful too.

Watching all of the health and safety videos helped me so much by increasing my understanding of how to stay safe in different environments. I learned the importance of following proper procedures, using protective equipment correctly, and being aware of potential hazards before they become serious problems. These videos made me more confident and prepared to handle emergencies or prevent accidents altogether.
