Efficient, effective and engaging.
It was easy to follow as well as being engaging. It was too the point and I found it easy and quick to complete.
Mostly irrelevant
My voluntary role does not involve lifting/computers/first aid and I never wear high heels or any other inappropriate attire. I simply have to stand and talk to visitors!
