Very Informative, but not too long!
The Training course contains all the information you need to know, without being long and boring. This means when you get to taking the test, you know exactly what you need know rather than having loads of information to recall. After completing the training, I felt confident answering all of the questions on the test.
The training was good
I enjoyed the training, I found the lady speaking clear and easy to understand, there wasn't any H&S jargon that I don't understand and I found the quiz at the end good to check your understanding of the content.

Good clear information with clear understanding. Gives confidence to the First Aid Appointed Person to ensure first Aid box checked regularly provisions are in date. All incidents & accidents recorded following GDPR and first aid arrangements in order.
