Nice course. Quite basic but insightful. Great starting point to move on to a qualification in first aid. That's the next step. Good stuff, recommended. And CPD approved which is great.

Very clear about the differences in the roles of a first aider, and an appointed person. Very important. Good to know, & understand.

Given the limitations of online training, I thought that the training was excellent. I was able to work at my own pace and take notes.
