Good online training

I think we should be able to have access to the certificate after the completion, as your own document. Also, I think we should be able to redo the test if you are not happy with the results.

Easy to understand

An easy to understand, fairly straightforward course. Some of the questions were, in my opinion, rather difficult but overall the course was well put together and would help anyone working with food

Software faulty

Had to keep repeating the whole section after I looked at additional material.

Was easy to watch and understand

Was a little confused by video telling me bacteria is boiled out over 75 degrees then i got that question in test and put 75 degrees answer was 62 degrees along with another question I put answer I was told in training vidoe and then that was wrong so bit puzzled by that

I enjoyed the course

I would like to see the questions with the answers ( some did not all) as sometimes by the time you read the answers you have forgotten what the question was. This made me panic a little when answering as i like to read the question again with the answers.
