Short, sharp and useful training course
A great way to learn foundational aspects of food hygiene , Good video content overall and the quiz at the end. Would be good to add auto play option for module as it will save multiple clicks and time.

The instructors could speak faster, there is some unnecessary talking in parts
Clear and concise information
I appreciated that information was clearly articulated, as well as that the videos were concise and to the point. It was also good to be able to track progress. The test checked relevant information and reinforced key points.
