Very informative and essential for food
This information is very essential for use at home as well as in commercial kitchens. Hope to learn more and do the next level as I cook and back a lot at home and for people. The course is well-structured and user friendly with the opportunity to review the information at any time and refresh. Test wasn't too long or taxing.
