A straightforward and interesting course
I had to complete this course to enable me to carry out some volunteering but it really made me think about general hygiene in my own kitchen so was a good refresher as well as learning some new facts about food safety. The content was well constructed as well as easy to follow and digest the information being shared. Test at the end was fine and not there to try and catch you out
