Recap would be helpful
It would be helpful if there could be a recap for all sections before you take the test, as I did my training over a few weeks and had forgotten some details. Some of it is easy or common sense.

Well organised
I like the occasional multi-choice questions spotted through the course. This made the test at the end less stressful Navigation through the course is very good. Repeats nice and easy. A very good tool for beginners. A very important introduction to HACCP, putting food prep, processing, storage, transport, into the realisation that it is a regulated environment with consequences to offenders.

Brilliant overview
Brilliant overview of the risks, regulations and safety that comes with Food Hygiene and Safety. Doesn't take long and is very easy to understand but it also ensures that you understand and take in all the details around this topic. I would recommend this training to anyone that is in the food sector.
