The course was very good.

This was a very informative course. It was extremely important to learn about food hygiene and the spread of bacteria, including the four types of Contaminants that can cause safety risks, Chemical, Physical, Biological and Allergenic.

All employees and employers needs to know about keeping food safe from contamination and bacterial invasion was explored. We are armed with cleaning standards and what needs be done to keep us all safe from food poisoning, closing of business and also, legislations to this effect.

The training is highly educative, timely, and touches every aspect of hygiene, safety , in work places especially in food outlets. It exposes the risk, hazards associated with negligence of not checking food, not washing hands and not maintaining cleaning standards which could have dare consequences on employees, employers and the consumers.
