The food safety and hygiene training is very good for all employees, as this will help equipt all employees on what to do and what not to do during the food production to avoid food poisoning and contamination. Personally the training has helped to increase my awareness of all food production hygiene, how to maintain good hygiene, and I'm very thankful to the organizers. I recommend that all employees should pass through this training before they are allowed to work in the production company as food handlers. Thanks.
