Clear, concise & accessible
Good overall content. Clearly explained. Handy to have additional information available. Would be helpful to have printable self-help reminders for key temperatures/ times etc.

The Course set up is easy to access and the training is easy to follow.
A well structured course
The course was well structured and it was excellent that I could do chunks and come back to it and continue the course to work around a busy life style. As I have done this as part of my voluntary work.
