Informative & concise.
This brief course was so interesting, I completed it in one sitting. The visuals were of a good quality, and I found that drove home the information. I could not load a couple of the files with extra info, but can't say whether or not that was a technical problem on my side. It was much superior to other online courses I've done, with other providers, (on a different topic, btw).

Covered everything important
It tells us that not to wear a watch, but a shef is wearing his watch when he is operating. The scene is where he is cutting chicken then make a bowl of salad. (Cross contamination) I noticed two points were wrong. 1. Using the same hands to touch the tap. 2. He is wearing his watch. Although, if I am wrong, very sorry.
