Should be paid to do it.training is needed but course was very thorough. Pressed wrong button and had to start again but site then remembered where I was.had alot on today. Didn't appreciate having to do course today.

Too long to read when in production hall tending to 1 or more line of production, and no sound as some computers do not have this facility. As well as, the production machines are too noisy to hear the videos.

The course is interesting and give lots of information about food safety and how to keep the setting clean. The information provided in the course are useful both in the working place and on a day to day basis.

Give every dealt in a short summary, it was interesting and easy to understand.

I thank thus course, for providing me with the information necessary. Great videos, helping you all the way through, with tester questions. Results are instant, after you complete the test section. I'm so glad I took this course.

The videos are very easy to follow and there's a transcript, which might help people who learn better by reading. The summaries at the end were short and concise. I was able to retain a lot of information that I will not only apply in work, but when I deal with food at home.
