The training was really interesting
I work within the school setting and after school club and at times want to do food activities and to be aware of the allergies involved It was a lot of information to take in and i was able to take notes to be able to complete the questions really good!!!

A good way of learning
Quite a good course, good understanding of how things can easily go wrong if not done properly
