As I work in care settings some information was provided not needed to my job and Im not going to remember it. It was long. Shorter training is better for concentration, focus and memory.

as an experienced chef it was not neccesary to be on this subject for such a long time. but fully appreciate why this is so.
Good, clear and concise course
Some of the exam questions were a little ambiguous – a couple of answers were applicable in some cases but the right answer was to match the text spoken in the course rather than common sense.
