Everything clear and understand. I study some of things I doesn’t know before .
Succinct and understandable
The course broke the food hygiene course down into a manageable 70 minutes but covered all the basics needed. I was able to retain a lot of the information as I could learn at my own pace. Particularly good as a refresher course if you have done food hygiene courses before

Easy to follow
This course hit the right note. Encouraging without being patronising and covering all the important points. I liked the way it switched between the two friendly voices. They spoke clearly and concisely. The different sections moved on at a good pace.

One suggestion: advise participants to make notes as they listen to the teachers. There is quite a lot to remember although mostly common sense.
