Very good course.
I was very happy with all the contents of the course, and it was a good refresher for all aspects of food hygiene.

This is my first time of doing an online training course, I found it very informative and I have learnt a lot, and it has definitely brought my knowledge up to date. However I miss being able to ask questions from the trainers, especially in relation to my own work situations, and how to apply this knowledge. Thank you
Much easier format to course
As a techno phobe i found this much easier to use and complete than online courses ive done in the past.

The subject is presented clearly and well explained. The content is delivered by different speakers and various methods of visual presentation which makes the course interesting. Additional resources help to understand sections on a deeper level or ease remembering them.
