Not sure the video part is needed.I do not agree with the percentage result being printed on the certificate.Some departments display their results on the wall. I think those with a lower grade may feel inferior

I loved the course because it refreshed my memory and my knowledge even on basic things I thought I knew . Very informative. Wish to do it every 3 months

The course is packed with all the information and examples you need to be able to work safely with food. It covers everything from protecting yourself, your workspace and your customers through correct food handling and preparation, cooking and serving. The important message is "clean as you go" to ensure you work in a clean and practical way to ensure food safety.

A excellent course

The course covers all the important aspects of the Food Hygiene Level 2 Training and at the same time is to the point with out any unwanted eloboration. However, the assesment needs to be tightened, for eg: if a question goes wrong the candidate has to go back and complete the relevant session once again and start the test all over. This will help in cementing the details even though it might sound little time consuming.
