The training was really interesting
There was a lot off information to retain [glad I jotted my notes] .It was interesting and in particular on the food hygiene. informative information on different allergies and around the cross contamination

Excellent course that equips individuals with an in depth knowledge of the importance of food hygiene.
Presenters were engaging
Presenters were engaging and understandable. The pace of the course was good which prevented it from being boring or complicated. Having more than 1 presenter it kept the course from becoming uninteresting
