It was a bit fast with the information
Found the information on the course was delivered very fast and at points I had to stop rewind and start again.Although there were bullet points at the end of each module sometimes did not have enough detail

Could be better!
It would be helpful to have our training Social Care specific . I found this training informative in some ways, but it does not include those of us who work in supported living workplaces or indeed any social care setting.
It was great course.
From this course I have learnt a lot from it. And from now on, I could do the following to help my customers! Thank you!
