I learned so many important things and I discovered that I have done lots of good things without even know them. Thank you!

Fairly basic course, hand washing, food temps, personal & kitchen hygiene etc. Probably good if working in a commercial kitchen as hazard analysis covered but not for me as a carer in a private residence although some parts of course relevant.

The way this online course is presented with the short and clear videos makes it very effective. I learnt a lot.
