Very informative and easy to follow
The course was very informative and presented in a way that was easy to follow. Having videos to watch and a transcript to read means the course can be followed anywhere, anytime. The use of practical examples helps to embed the learning. Being able to leave it and come back at a later date was also useful.

It was all round easy and common knowledge but some of the questions had every similar answers so it was a bit more challenging to answer
The training was excellent.
The Food Hygiene Level 2 Training was very informative and has highlighted the importance of good hygiene procedures in the work place.
