Excellent useful and interesting
This course can be completed in half a day. Excellent presentation videos and supplementary PDF downloads. Very informative, very clear. I now feel very confident that I will be able to follow food hygiene laws and good practice in the Foodworks kitchen.

Quite informative and contemporary.
The course content and design were found to be user-friendly. The course students need to revisit areas to refresh their understanding of some of the key concepts. The short tests included in the course were well explained even if one gets it wrong. The videos/short clips brought home the essential details to be noted. The presenter was professional and helped to highlight critical areas. The transcripts followed the video presentation quite well.The Test needed patience to go through so please assure students to take their time to answer-(the test not being available again after the first and only attempt was unsettling). All together, a well thought out presentation.
