It is really good, only one thing I would suggest is maybe having the choice to change your answer before continuing on to the next question, as some people might go to press one answer and press another by mistake (I call it fat fingers)

I have learned some new things
I have been preparing & cooking food for over 40 years yet have learned a lot of new, interesting things. I now see germs everywhere! I will try to implement what I have learnt & look forward to selling safe, tasty food to the general public. Thanks for your interesting course which was very flexible & suited me.
