Important key words, such as bacteria names, repeated enough times to remember them. Not the easiest words to pronounce or spell.
Clear and concise information, with easy to follow bullet points, very helpful further information tool buttons with the clever mini memory testing questions at the end of each topic, safe in the knowledge and the reassurance of retaking the test again straight away if so needed. the training was easy and straight forward
I enjoyed all of the training i have already competed so far with iHasco, Reason that i work in the area were i need to maintain good food hygiene making sure food storage is maintain, checks and recording is completed accordingly as per organisation policy and procedures.

Informative and visual
I found the course interesting and informative, but would have preferred a more succinct. The format in four bite sized information with summary test would work well, if less time intensive. Surmise each section as you go along ,saving the work as you go along to enable busy working people to access ,as and when they have time,
