This is the proper way of training
After watching this I got several knowledge about food management and handling.i can know about each and every steps that must be followed by every employees which in the part of food production. Easy to understand and easy to follow and achieve a good food management rules and regulations

I found the course very informative.
Each section of the course was very detailed and well presented. Quite a lot of the content was tailored to industrial kitchens/catering. Possibly an idea maybe at the start of the course to offer options to anyone training to chose the correct and most appropriate training package suitable to their working environment e.g. School,
