Good course but really slow connection from your side 2.5 hours to do a 70 minutes course because off the poor time on the wheel of doom even the 5 minutes test took 20 minutes

Very engaging informative course
Really enjoyed watching the various videos covering all aspects of food preparation, storage and cleaning. It was simple and easy to follow but also very thorough. I was able to understand the principles of each module which then enabled me to pass the test 1st time.
Well detailed course.
This course is packed full of information and actually well tailored to keep the learning process interesting. A very good course that I will recommend anytime, any day.
