As soon to be taking on a food server position in a primary school setting I found this course informative and useful to teach me about correct methods to put in place in the kitchen to stop contamination and risk of food poisoning.

Informative and Interesting
I very much enjoyed taking the course although there is a lot of subject matter to cover the videos were very much straight to the point and not dragged out, I liked the summaries at the end of each section to help highlight the points made.
