Amazing Course, just needs a short break
This was one of the better courses on food hygiene I have done, however after doing some of your other ones I feel this needs a "take 5 minutes and come back" section. some of your shorter ones have this but this one doesn't despite being one of the longest. Besides this, it is an amazing course and all of your courses are done well :)
