interesting ,but time consuming
could be shorter , more slide show rather than videos , sometimes listening to someone talk can be tiring / bore you

It was easier to understand by watching the video on every content. It didn't take too long to go through all topics . Learned a lot about food safety and hygiene.
A lot to remember
Difficult to remember everything in one go. Took over two hours to complete and some of the questions were worded in a way that was difficult to relate back to the course.

good clear presentation
Essential do's and don'ts for anyone involved in food prep and serving, thank you. Much of it is common sense but there are some facts and figures that need remembering to ensure the risk of contamination is minimized.
