Detailed, cohesive and engaging
Lovely online course, was helpful and user friendly. The only thing I would improve is the video features, if there were speed options or buttons that would allow me to rewind or go forward by a few seconds, it would be so much better. For reasons i am not aware of, i find it easier to focus when an individual speaks faster than the speed displayed in these videos, as well as whenever i wanted to go back to a point of the video, i would unintentionally drag too much and would have to be stuck with the video repeating sections i did not want to be repeated, hence i recommended these improvements. Overall, a great course and highly informational.

Informative course
A lot of information about food storage and hygiene which will be useful domestically too. Already taken to washing my hands more thoroughly.
