The training was educative and insightfu
I learned a lot of basic common mistakes I as a food handler over look in place of work. The training has helped to broaden my horizons with regards to how to handle food right from the manufacturer to when the food is been served.

The programme was very good, and easy to understand
Well presented, friendly and relatable
Concise segments, and easy to leave and pop back to as pretty long. Got thrown a curve ball regarding a question on the 'dehydration of products' to preserve them that hadn't previously been covered in the main body of the course – the answer may be in further information, but threw me at the time. Overall I enjoyed the course.

I preferred sitting at home doing the test than in a classroom, the ladies talking was very clear and understanding i found it was better than reading a book defiantly 5 stars
Clear concise and explained well
Presenters were easily understandable. The information was given clearly. The graphics made easier to remember

I learned a lot while doing this course and it was very informative, interesting and made me want to learn about everything
