It covers the basics well
Given the increase and new styles of fraudulent activity that are occurring so regularly, this type of training should be regular either 6 monthly or annually, to help keep it at the forefront of our minds.

Easy to follow and understand
Good general course to cover all employees at every level with sufficient detail, use of plain language and use of graphics and visual to explain.
Enlightening
I appreciated that it was clear and concise and relatively to the point. It was interesting to note how "trivial" some of the examples of fraud were and certainly made you look at situations in your own work environment that potentially could lead to fraud.
