Unfortunately, the material did not reflect recent developments or innovative approaches, which limited its overall value. For future iterations, I would recommend incorporating case studies, recent fraud statistics, and examples of contemporary fraud schemes to enhance relevance and engagement. Including interactive elements or scenario-based learning could also help reinforce practical application. Overall, while the presentation was clear and accessible, the course would benefit significantly from a refresh to better align with today’s fraud prevention challenges.
