Good course in highlighting actions which some staff might not realise is classified as fraud.

I found this course both interesting and helpful in learning a lot about fraud.

I found this video much more useful than I had expected. I expected it to be based on large firms but was equally applicable in a school.

Slide 2.1 Detection/ Discovering Fraud states that 40% of fraud is discovered by tip off. My first question Stated that the majority of fraud was discovered by tip off–True or False. 40% is not a majority so I said false and was marked wrong. I don't see why. 53% of tip offs were by staff but that was not the question. Am I missing something?
