I enjoyed the learning
The provided training fits the situations of home workers like myself and its very helpful. The 20.20.20 rule might seem challenging when its busy, but its very useful to rest your eyes.

I found the presentation patronising in places, maybe a first-time home/agile worker would benefit though, but it is basic & aimed at the lowest denominator..

Very informative and covers main topics
I found this course very informative. It covers all the basic information on Display Screen Equipment, and health and safety for home workers. I particularly liked the fact that it included mental health awareness. I work from home most of the time and appreciate that isolation and loneliness can arise from home working. Thankfully I am in regular contact with colleagues through video meetings and message chats.
