Clear explanation and instruction
Some things not quite fit with how the company operates but generally very useful. The assessment at the end is what we are looking for though and is very relevant.

It seem to cover what I was expecting.

Excellent demonstrations
The course highlighted many things we do and ignore. The demonstrations were especially quite useful.
A very good practical course.
Everyone working from home should be doing this course and taking the test at the end. The course is clear and very easy to understand and if you missed something you can always go back to it at anytime which was very good.
The training was pitched right
The training was easy to follow, broken up into easy to digest chunks with a good use of narrator, clips and slides
