review refresher courses
OK but as this is a refresher after a year, so maybe it could be shorter – must we go through the same thing 45 mins every year – maybe consider refresher courses being shorter with the test etc?
Simple and concise with clear info.
The video is straight forward and clearly structured on a variety of aspects of home working. I learned some useful tips and will revisit the video in the future, once i have a home to set up a workspace in.

There were at least two questions that could best be described as very subjective. One specific question about eye fatigue – I could not find any text within the transcript referring to the correct answer – although I did get it correct.
