Many of the points in this module are common sense, but its a good reminder to do what you should, as we all fall into bad habits. Worth the time to focus on what should be done.

A useful and practical training course
Whilst understanding Health and Safety obligations are important in helping an individual keeping safe whilst working at home, a briefer (@ 40 minutes) course should be achievable, albeit beneficial.
