Clear concise and easy to understand
The course was easy to use. Not overbearing and had enough content to make anyone aware of what Legionella is how it affects water systems and how to help prevent it becoming a problem. I've been working with water systems for over 12 years and this is by far the best presented course for basic knowledge required on Legionella awareness I have experienced.

Very easy and clear to understand.
Good use of powerpoint and visual learning. liked the cartoon videos. Nice test at the end to recap knowledge.
