However the RIDDOR question on the test is I feel is misleading if someone was to become infected from a poorly maintained system in the work place and was in hospital with legionella then this would be a RIDDOR even if they had not worked on the system themselves.

Probably OK, takes a while to get going / get relevant for us but section 2 starts to get there. Our people need to check local urn and tap temps and pipes / tanks mainly. I also noticed the RA being checked looks odd when referring to "drinking water" for "tourists" however am not sure that is correct

This course is essential especially if you are involved with swimming pools, ponds, water heaters etc. Sometimes the infections confused with flu so important to know the symptoms of legionnaires disease. Highly recommended.
