The opening sections felt like basic common sense but possibly very useful to younger inexperienced people. Overall very good.

Comprehensive digestible overview
Good overview. My only criticism would be regarding the advice not to read books or look at your phone on public transport. Personal dynamic risk assessment will indicate that in most instances on public transport that these are perfectly safe activities.

Clear, concise and explanatory
Clear, concise explanations and important considerations raised when lone working. Very useful for me as a lone worker much of my working hours.
