Far too slow
This training treats us as if we are fresh out of school with no knowledge of the real world; a woman, I am well aware of how to keep myself safe if I am on my own. The contextual information is laboured and the entire presentation is far too slow. We should be able to alter the video speed – like you can on youtube. This would allow people to take the course at their own speed. Many clips didn't have any questions at the end, and had very brief summaries suggesting that the information could be condensed. Perhaps we could do a quiz to start, then complete modules if needed.
I found this engaging & enjoyed the suggestions of breaks to ensure I didn't 'switch off'
Although a lot of the course is common sense, it's good to be reminded of some less obvious things e.g. ensure you are nearest the door for exit
Covered all required info
comprehensive training with some great examples and some stuff i was not aware of.
A great reminder – very clear

Well presented, gets the message home.
The pace is good, and presenters are clear. I thought the occasional checks on understanding were useful and overall the course was effective. The test at the end could be improved, by making the multi choice questions a bit less obvious. Otherwise it is tempting to gloss over these two quickly without really thinking.
Really good
Really interesting, thought I knew about this subject but I learned a lot more
