Very thought provoking advice, which I'm sure will prove very useful

The course is good, but needs an option to run the video at 1.5x or 2x speed

The course is good, but needs an option to run the video at 1.5x or 2x speed (the same way I watch youtube videos). The people are speaking too slowly and it wastes a lot of time. Therefore I run the course on the third monitor while I do my work on the other monitors at the same time. If there was an option to run it 1.5x or 2x speed, I would consider giving 100% attention to the course.

Easy to understand

It's good to keep reviewing practice and be reminded to keep yourself safe.

Well worth a refresher

Always worth a refresher yearly, & makes you aware of coping strategies you may have forgotten.

Some useful areas, some overgeneralised advice and others so obvious as to be laughable

There was two particular questions on the test that I disagree with. Firstly, saying that it is always safer in a train to sit in a carriage with the most people is ridiculous. Why? Because one uses one's intuition, particularly as a woman. If I have the choice of sitting in a carriage full of drunken louts, or a carriage with a couple of elderly ladies … well – which do you think I would choose hmmmm? You cannot always define a right or wrong answer to some situations. It depends on the circumstances. Secondly, the statement saying that you should always walk facing the oncoming traffic, again, cannot be generalised. I can assume the statement is refering (as most advice is) to someone working in an urban area, ie a road with a pavement. For those working in more rural areas or for any road that does not have a pavement for pedestrians, this is a d
