Very patronising
I have been working since 1989 and never had to complete a course like this – it was all basic common sense and I would have scored the same if I hadn't had to sit through 46 minutes of videos.

Interesting course
The course was informative and made me think about things that I might not have in lone working circumstances so very useful.

Could be shorter and more focused
Some good points and useful refreshers on actions and responsibilities. Other points were laboured e.g. 40+ seconds at the beginning listing different types of workers defined as 'lone workers'. Longer than it needed to be. A course needs to grab the audience and keep them engaged from the start, and this didn't do that.
